2005 Olivier Bernstein Côtes du Roussillon Villages Sarabande

Lovely clear ruby color. This is an incredibly interesting wine, much more than the price suggests ($13). Shows many secondary flavors of flint, crushed black pepper, and raw earth. Not a fruit bomb, but nice persistence in the smooth finish. Try a bottle.
