2004 Forey Vosne-Romanee

Pretty purple. Suggestive burgundian aromas of pine and earth. Then acids dominate the palate. The finish is nice and long, with some smooth tannins. Hold a few more years and it may improve, as the finish gives me hope. Retail $42, grade: B-
