2006 Palmina Alisos

This is a delicious Tuscan style, hearty red. Dark ruby. Strong aromas of root veggies, plums, tar and alcohol. Full bodied palate, with dark fruits and a long finish. Excellent value. Seems like a more expensive Brunello. 80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot. Retail $25, grade: A-
