2007 Sequana Sarmento Vineyard Pinot Noir

Nice light pinot color. Some interesting (good) strange (not so good) smells. Something like wet wood bark with cherry powder. Pure, very nice fruit on the palate and a long, but slightly hot finish. We drank with fish, and it didn't work. I'd suggest drinking it with meat. Now after dinner I like it more. Interesting, and fairly priced. Retail $30, grade: B+.
