2005 Bouchard Vigne de L'Enfant Jesus

Wonderful aromas of menthol and earth. Deep rich sappy palate. An enchanted mushroom. pine forest of flavor. Huge finish. Lovely burgundy and will only improve. Jill guesses burgundy blind, and says like scorched pine needles, 2005 burgundies I've tried haven't shut down. I wonder if there won't be a dumb period for this near-perfect vintage.
