Holy crap, this is over the top. Thick, viscous, huge fruit. Will it age? Can wine with a screw top live a long time? I might have to buy 5 cases to find out. Ate with tuna (wasabi, soy and sesame oil), then salad, then apple pie. It is the Platonic form of Shiraz. www.whatwouldmikeydrink.com
