2007 Willi Schaefer Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett

Very pale yellow.  Practically clear.   Mineral peach pit, petrol, and mineral nose.  Light and refreshing palate.  Lots of acids but it works well.  Sneaky long finish.   Clearly I need to own more Kabinett.   Great with a spicy curry.  Absolutely fantastic quality at this price.  Retail $20, Grade: A.  Jill says A.  Barry says A.
