Starting to get more golden. Clean slate and brioche aromas. Some butterscotch too. Lively palate and zingy acidity. There’s a little oak to go with the lemon rind, and slight brine. Still youthful and tight. This is very nice, but seems too controlled. Retail $45, grade: A-
