Inky dark ruby. Dark cherry, anise aromas. Quite dark fruits. Some coffee too. Full, floral and lush palate, with a tannic, chocolaty finish. Pale golden blanc de blancs. Tends towards the more refreshing, lighter style of Champagne. Yeasty, freshly baked bread aomas. Toasty. complete and palate cleansing.
