Dark ruby. Darker than most other 07s I’ve seen. Interesting aromas of earth and anise. Then a tart red fruit palate. An interesting creaminess but the acids win out in the end. This is merely OK. Retail $20, and tastes about $20. Grade: B.

the third bottle we drank was significantly better than the other two and I rated it an A. The acids were replaced by a creaminess.
